Digital Marketing Officer


Drive, coordinate, oversee and implement MSF Taiwan fundraising activities, initiatives or works in the online and mobile arena in a holistic way, which includes managing online activities/platforms as stand-alone donor acquisition & fundraising channel, as well as responsible for the effective integration of online fundraising interface/mechanics to the existing fundraising programs/channels in Taiwan.


Major Responsibilities

  • Steering the implementation of strategies, annual activity plan, new initiatives and subsequent execution planning; Identify partnership and liaison and external agency management
  • Drive and coordinate new media fundraising activities in Taiwan to ensure all initiatives are being put in a holistic timeframe to optimize the effect and results.
  • Develop, maintain and manage MSF Taiwan new media fundraising platforms to achieve the objectives of fundraising, donor acquisition, cultivation, retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage direct response online activities/platform as stand-alone fundraising channel, as well as effectively integrate online fundraising interface/mechanics to other existing fundraising channels/programs.
  • Support, advice and/or implement activities of different fundraising project owners from the online or mobile perspective
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of official website’s donation functions to ensure smooth transactions procedures
  • Plan and manage the development of thematic websites for fundraising campaigns in Taiwan



  • University graduate
  • Minimum 4 years of solid experience in digital/online marketing
  • Solid experience in web analytics and online marketing tools (e.g. SEO, SEM) in driving strategic objectives via various digital channels and media
  • Strong marketing sense and analytical mindset, familiar with multimedia development and digital marketing trend in Asia region.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Photoshop and with knowledge of HTML and web development tools.
  • Knowledge of Flash & Video/Audio editing is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Good team-player with high flexibility
  • Good presentation skill
  • Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
  • Work and liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • 大學學歷
  • 至少4年數位/線上行銷工作經驗  
  • 具有網站分析以及網路行銷操作的經驗(如 SEO、SEM),透過不同的數位管道及媒體達成策略性的目標
  • 擅長行銷以及分析;熟悉亞洲地區多媒體與數位行銷趨勢發展
  • 孰悉MS Office(Word、Excel、Power Point)、Photoshop,並持有HTML與網站開發工具的知識
  • 持有flash以及影音編輯知識者佳
  • 流利的中文與英文說寫能力
