Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international humanitarian organization that provides impartial medical care to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from health care in over 70 countries. Mental Health Supervisor (6 months contract)
  • Participate in the planning, organization and coordination of all Mental Health activities in close collaboration with the Mental Health Activity Manager 
  • Participate in content design and production for Mental Health awareness campagin 
  • Design Mental Health related materials for psychoeducational purposes 
  • Develop mental health need assessment content and provide statistical analysis of assessment data if needed
  • Monitor MSF mental health webpage user data and update its content according to the need
  • Analyse and summarize evidence based research
  • Assist and conduct Mental Health workshops for various local actors
  • Support administrative work arising from all mental health activities
  • Support to participants of workshops and trainings
  • Deliver, and support the delivery of, mental health intervention in case of emergency
  • Attend liaison meetings with internal and external actors
The Ideal Candidate
  • Degree in social sciences/ psychology / counselling in similar proposition 
  • Psycho-social counselling experience of at least 2 years
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (both spoken and written)
  • Computer literacy (word, excel and internet) is essential
  • Good presentation and communication skill
  • Committed to the principles of MSF
  • Demonstrate cross-cultural awareness and behavioral flexibility
  • Results and quality orientated as well as service orientated
  • Good at and comfortable with networking, building and maintaining relationships
  • Sense of security awareness
