Job Purpose
The Partnership Officer is responsible for supporting the Head of Partnership and Senior Officer in advocating and evolving user-centric content and digital engagement to strengthen the positioning, awareness, and relevance of MSF across Hong Kong and Asia.
Reporting to the Head of Partnership and Senior Partnership Officer, the Partnership Officer will be the content advocate for execution, aiming to acquire and retain MSF's targeted audience segments through various digital content, materials, and tools, while also monitoring public sentiment..
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Adapt and translate movement communications materials to meet the demands of the Hong Kong audiences.
- Assist with the planning, writing, editing, and dissemination of MSF materials in multiple formats across various social media channels.
- Investigate and create new user-centric content by changing it into other digital formats and initiatives, such as AR/VR, online Q&A, gamification, chatbots, and so on.
- Assist in the strategic redesign of the digital communication flow and platforms, such as mass communication, engagement communication, and conversion communication.
- Optimize and plan the asset and digital technology that powers MSF's website and digital platforms, such as performance measurement, content migration, ecommerce systems, and interpersonal communication tools.
- - Make digital platform recommendations based on analytics tools and measurement findings.
- Provide the support to MSF HK and family on the public engagement.
- Optimize content development for both engagement and conversion messages.
- Be the focal point providing support to Media / External Communications unit to work on the public engagement such as networking with micro-influencers and KOLs etc, to promote MSF on different social media platforms in HK .
- Pro-actively review and improve the donor journey across different platforms.
- Assist in managing digital platforms’ engagement proposal including production support across different departments.
- Lead/assist and prioritize the projects involving digital platforms and campaign elements, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Produce project planning documents, action plans, timelines, budgets and briefs.
- Co-ordinate and analyze data from social monitoring tools.
- Responsible for data input and classification with a high level of accuracy.
Event Management:
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties for events.
- Produce event planning documents, action plans, timelines, budgets and briefs.
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree holder, with minimum 2 – 3 years’ marketing or communication working experience, with solid digital exposure
- Proven experience in exploring and developing user-centric contents to drive engaging user journey on various digital platforms, such as website, social media and eDM
- Keen interest and ability in developing engaging content and assuring content excellence to support and collaborate digital campaign and media strategies for branding, communication and fundraising across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for executing corporate website content management and function enhancement
- Familiar with website and digital marketing tools, e.g. CMS, Google Analytics, Facebook, etc…
- With a strong desire to learn new technologies to innovate contents into new digital formats e.g. AR/VR, Chatbot & gamification, in order to deliver a user-centric digital experience
- Solid hands-on graphic content development skills (visual, multi-media and video), familiar with graphic production tools, including but not limited to Photoshop, Premiere, AI, Final Cut Pro
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
