学校与社区参与

@ MSF

Do you want your students to learn more about the world of humanitarian relief and the personal and practical challenges that face our field workers as they try to save lives?

Médecins Sans Frontières can come to your school or college to engage students in this stimulating area of international humanitarian relief efforts. The people we work with are affected by some of the most tragic events: armed conflict, epidemics and natural disasters. But the main lesson from our medical projects is that life and dignity can be restored, one patient at a time.

We can adjust the nature and complexity of the talk to suit the grade level of the students. Possible topics include the fight against Ebola, emergency medicine in war zones, malnutrition programmes, vaccination campaigns and the work done in mobile clinics deployed in remote areas.

Our talks are not intended to be technical descriptions of the projects; they are primarily focused on the passion, heartaches, and commitment of our doctors, nurses and engineers on providing lifesaving work on the front line.

If you would like to request a speaker for an event or borrow exhibition boards, please fill in the “Educational Talk Application Form” and e-mail to wendy.ngan@hongkong.msf.org or feel free to call 2959 4204 for more information.
