Depart for Haiti

After chasing the sun from east to west, I finally landed at the airport in Dominican Republic. The airport was packed with many tourists, including those from Europe. Luckily the custom control man came up to me and asked if I go to Haiti. I said yes. Then he just brought me to a separate room, stamped my passport, and told me to go. No further question. When I went out the airport, I just saw many people were waiting there. There was no roaming service here, and no chance for me to buy a local SIM card. Luckily when I almost reached the end of exit, I saw a small MSF card held by a national staff. Two beautiful nurses were there as well. They also just arrived. The next welcome stuff is a local beer......The biggest challenge now is the jet lag. We will depart for Haiti tomorrow early morning.
In February 2010, the President of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Hong Kong, Dr FAN Ning, has participated in earthquake relief project in Haiti.
