MSF cannot confirm reports that our team has been released

MSF cannot confirm reports that our team, abducted on Thursday March 12(Hong Kong time) from Serif Umra, North Darfur, has been released.

MSF can only confirm that earlier this morning(Hong Kong time), Saturday 14 March, we were informed of the possible release of our team.

However, since we heard this new information we have not seen our colleagues, nor have we had the chance to speak with them.

MSF will only be able to confirm information about a release once we have direct contact with our team ourselves. MSF has nothing further to say at this stage.
