Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle general office administrative and clerical duties 
  • Handle travel arrangement, expense claims, event planning & coordinate staff activities
  • Provide administrative support including general inquiries, guest greetings, and support during AGM Event 
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate

  • Diploma or above with minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration duties
  • Fluent in oral and written English (able to communicate clearly over email) 
  • Good command in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Organized, Computer skills, fast to learn
  • Willing to work in flexible hours and in a fast-changing environment 
  • Interest for humanitarian work
  • Able to work 20 hours a week
  • Immediate availability is preferred
