Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international humanitarian organization that provides impartial medical care to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from health care in over 70 countries. Marketing Assistant (12-months)

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Provide support to all fundraising activities, including but not limited to:

  • Prepare simple marketing materials and liaise with vendors 
  • Support the execution of marketing and promotion activities 
  • Support the preparation, administration, enquiries, enrollment and onsite execution of donor/public events.
  • Check data and produce weekly updates.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as issuing of donation receipts and thank you letters

The Ideal Candidate

  • Diploma or above, with at least 1 year work experience
    (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, team-player and good communications skill
  • Previous work experience in sales, marketing, customer service, events, fundraising or NGOs are of advantage.
  • Commitment to the aims and values of MSF in its lifesaving missions.
