Marketing Assistant (12-months)
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support to all fundraising activities, including but not limited to:
- Prepare simple marketing materials and liaise with vendors
- Support the execution of marketing and promotion activities
- Support the preparation, administration, enquiries, enrollment and onsite execution of donor/public events.
- Check data and produce weekly updates.
- Handle administrative tasks such as issuing of donation receipts and thank you letters
The Ideal Candidate
- Diploma or above, with at least 1 year work experience
(Fresh graduates will also be considered) - Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, team-player and good communications skill
- Previous work experience in sales, marketing, customer service, events, fundraising or NGOs are of advantage.
- Commitment to the aims and values of MSF in its lifesaving missions.
