Senior Digital Marketing Officer

 

Job Purpose

Act as the focal point of MSF-HK digital marketing and fundraising channel, develop and steer the implementation of digital marketing and fundraising strategy, activities and initiatives.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for Digital Marketing and Fundraising Strategy Development 
  • Steering the implementation of strategies, annual activity plan, new initiatives and subsequent execution planning; Identify partnership and liaison and external agency management.
  • Support Regional Digital Manager in preparing annual digital fundraising income and expenses financial planning, and achieve annual target.
  • Team management and coaching on direct and functional subordinates.
  • Work closely with other channel’s heads for integrated campaigns and initiatives braining storming and execution.
  • Act as an ambassador, bring in and share latest digital related market knowledge, technology and trend to the team so as to capture and capitalize the market opportunity.
  • Support digital marketing and fundraising for new markets when required

The Ideal Candidate

  • University graduate in related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in digital/online marketing
  • Solid experience in web analytics and online marketing tools (e.g. SEO, SEM, Social Media, blogging, display, email etc) in driving strategic objectives via various digital channels and media
  • Strong marketing sense and analytical mindset, familiar with multimedia development and digital marketing trend in Asia region.
  • Solid Experience in formulating effective direct response digital campaigns in driving business results.Strong experience in managing digital marketing mix and media planning.
  • Strong experience in managing digital marketing mix and media planning.
  • Experience in digital partnerships and collaboration with external partners will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in various digital performance tracking tools and experience in establishing mechanisms for effective review and monitoring of digital results.  
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Photoshop and with knowledge of HTML and web development tools.
  • Knowledge of Video, Audio & Image editing is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English 
  • Good team-player with high flexibility
  • Good presentation skill
  • Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
  • Work and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
